How Self-Care is Integral to Our Success 

Speakers will share their expertise on Women's Health and how self-care is important. They will share the physical, personal and mental health issues women face as business owners as well as the many other roles we have.





Dr. Suny Caminero


Dr. Caminero is Board Certified in OB/GYN and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). She also belongs to numerous organizations including Duval County Medical Society (DCMS) where she serves as a delegate, Florida Medical Association (FMA) and International Society of Cosmetogynecology (ISCG). Being a member of these organizations allows Dr. Caminero to be in the forefront of women's health and influence political change to improve health care to women. She is PASSIONATE about women's health, education and equal rights. Her special areas of interest include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, pelvic floor dysfunction, hormone imbalance, urinary incontinence, cosmetic gynecology including surgical and non-surgical, endometriosis, pelvic pain and sexual health.

Maria Inoa

Maria Inoa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Full Potential Counseling in Jacksonville, Florida where she provides both in-person and online counseling. She specializes in working with women to build healthier relationships with themselves and others with an emphasis on anxiety, stress, trauma, and perinatal mental health. She is especially passionate about helping women heal from past trauma, and as such, is trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). 

Maria is a Florida native and graduate of Florida State University where she graduated with a master of clinical social work degree. She is a wife and a mom to 7-year old Maximus and 4-year old Mila. She is also proud to be on the board for the JAX Chamber's Professional Women's Council and the North Florida Birth Alliance. She has spent 17 years in the mental health field and has been featured in Yahoo News, HealthiNation, Hello Giggles, The Zoe Report, and Thriveworks. Maria enjoys exploring new places, being outdoors, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.


Jharman Lightner

Jharman Lightner is the founder and CEO of Harvest Intervention Services LLC. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fisk University and a master's degree in Psychology with a School Psychology concentration from Tennessee State University. She currently is certified as a Florida Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS). Jharman has over 20 years of experience working with children, from birth to adolescent, with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and mental health diagnoses. She worked as a certified Florida Exceptional Student Educator for four years then chose to specialize in early intervention to help infants, toddlers and young children in hopes to bring awareness and training to parents so that their impact would be even more effective in their child's overall healthy development. During her transition to the early intervention population, Jharman received Applied Behavior Analysis training and Infant Mental Health training. She is passionate and dedicated to training families and their children, in their homes, schools and communities, to help children meet milestones in their development and assist them with mental and behavioral health challenges such as anxiety, trauma, stress, depression and suicide, by providing supports that yield positive results. Jharman encourages positive parent relationships in a child's life. She understands the positive impact of parents being their child's greatest supporter and advocate for healthy child development through to adulthood. Jharman Lightner and Harvest Intervention Services has a mission to bring an understanding to communities that through behavioral and mental health services, such as psychological testing, counseling, training and skill acquisition, individuals and families can receive beneficial support.
